At times it can be difficult to find the motivation to go to the gym. The brain has a funny way of finding every excuse in the book as to why you shouldn’t workout, but how do we push passed these excuses?
I find that by scheduling a specific time into my day that I will workout and actually WRITING it down, makes me feel accountable to actually doing it. You won’t double book yourself because it’s written into your day and there’s something intensely satisfying about crossing off an item on your days to-do list once you’ve completed each task.
